We require four measurements for your made to measure kilt. If possible, let somebody else take the measurements whilst you are standing comfortably.

1 - Waist Measurement
Using a tape measure, wrap it round your natural waist, around the naval. This measurement should be quite tight. The kilt sits higher than your trousers, so this measurement is usually bigger than your trouser measurement. Try stay relaxed, stand up straight and don't be tempted to pull your stomach in.
2 - Hip Measurement
Using a tape measure, measure the widest part of your hips. Stand with your feet together. Take a loose measurement around the widest part of your hips ensuring that you have a bit of room to allow the kilt to swing. Again, try stay relaxed and standing up straight.
3 - Length Measurement
Measure from the navel to the middle of the kneecap or 1" from the floor whilst kneeling down.
4 - Height
And finally, we require your height which will help us ensure the measurements taken all seem to be good.
